"Exposiciones"
"Exposiciones" is exhibition composed of 6 works, including a diptych and a triptych. The title is a Spanish game of words between exhibit and exposure with which plays in his paintings.
The different tones reached depend on the choise to take one fabric or another. Cotton and denim are chosen for this serie.
In most of his paintings, I created environmental spaces in which the interaction of lines and forms succeed themselves to produce different sensations in the viewer. It uses a line and stain language framed by geometric elements and tries to match the rhythm and composition that each work require.
The set of all these conditions causes that an object, the picture, gets to be substantiated in work.
Mixed technique: different bleaches and chlorines on dark fabrics.
