Biography

Visual and multidisciplinary Artist.

I studied my BA in Spain specialising in Animation and Design techniques from the University of Valencia.

Practice and experience as illustrator, 2D animator, cartoonist, painter, sculptor, designer and photographer.

I consider myself an artist because I use art-disciplines as a transversal vehicle to express emotions, communicate and interact. Besides, it allows me to break down barriers as a universal non-verbal language that does not understand barriers.

I am fascinated with the human being and its behaviour and focuses on catching the moment in real life.

By my artistic concern, I have been researching the pictorial process through non-conventional materials for many years using chlorine bleach on pigments and organic fabrics to get different colours and tones.

I am a resident at The Arches Studios (A-Spaces Art) in the UK since 2017, where I develop my career using different techniques and disciplines.

Active member and administrator of Urban Sketchers Southampton (UK) and Albacete (Spain), my mission is to raise the artistic, storytelling and educational value of on-location drawing, promoting its practice and connecting people worldwide who draw on location where they live and travel. I could apply this experience and knowledge at the school with the students as an extended school activity.

Head of Life Drawing events (LD-Lab) means letting improve the ability to draw a figure and create beautiful works. You’ll undoubtedly become better at drawing people as provider venues.

For a visual artist to draw from life and let understanding the figure in view is fundamental as a practice, to train the eye to see accurately and observe emotion and gesture.
